Meetings can be booked from 13.00 until 17.30; each meeting will last up to 25 minutes.

The booked meetings will take place in the breakaway rooms, furnished with tables which will be numbered.

Several days before the conference, you will be advised of the table number you have been allocated for each of your meetings (provided that your meetings' requests were accepted by the other party).

Support staff will be available throughout the networking sessions, to assist the attendees when necessary.
